About
We answer to the creator and the brand at the same time.
Cloud Nine is a talent management and influencer marketing agency. We represent creators, and we build the collaborations that sit around them.
Influence is easy to buy and hard to earn.
A creator spends years building something a brand can reach in an afternoon. That imbalance is where most influencer marketing goes wrong — campaigns that spend well and land badly, and creators who take the deal and regret the post.
We exist because both of those outcomes are avoidable. The collaborations that work are the ones where the creator was matched properly, briefed properly and paid properly. That takes somebody who understands the audience as well as the media plan.
So we do both jobs. We manage a small roster of creators exclusively, and we run campaigns for brands. Sitting on both sides is not a conflict — it is the only way to know what a deal is actually worth.
End to end
What “we handle everything” actually means.
Onboarding
We audit the whole footprint — audience, formats, rates, existing commitments — and agree what the next year should look like before we take a single call on your behalf.
Positioning
We decide which categories fit and which to turn down. Saying no to the wrong brand protects the rate you can charge the right one.
Sourcing
We take the pitch to brands and agencies directly rather than waiting in an inbox, and bring back briefs worth reading.
Negotiation and contracts
Fees, usage, exclusivity, deliverables, timelines. The terms people skim are the terms that cost money later, so we read them and argue about them.
Execution
Briefs, scripts, approvals, revisions, go-live. We keep the brand off your back and the schedule on track.
Reporting and renewal
Numbers the brand can take to its board, and the evidence base for a better rate next time. Most of our work is repeat work.
What we hold to
Four things we will not trade away.
A small roster
Exclusive management only works at a size where every creator gets a real share of attention. We would rather turn people away than represent them badly.
Honest matching
We do not put a creator in front of a brand that is wrong for them, however good the fee is. It costs the audience, and the audience is the asset.
Terms in writing
Every deliverable, usage right and payment date is on paper before work starts. Handshake deals are where creators lose money.
Numbers that survive scrutiny
We report what a campaign did, including when it underperformed. A brand that trusts the reporting comes back.
